he purpose of this website is to publicize the Indoor Archery tournament Real Archery Tournament and all information associated with them. In this context, you will be asked for the information strictly necessary for registration in the tournament, issuing registrations invoices, management of transfers between airport, hotels and tournament venue (if provided by the organization) and sending useful information to the tournament participants

The following data shall be collected: Name, Gender, Date of Birth, E-mail, Nationality, National Archery ID Code, Club, Category and Billing information (Name, Address and Taxpayer number) and, after they have obtained their consent, they shall be treated in accordance with the applicable legislation, in particular by storing them in duly secure and protected databases, and shall in no case be used for any purpose other than that for which consent was obtained.

The sports results recorded during the tournament will be released in the software IANSEO using the data provided at the time of registration (Name, Date of Birth, Category, Club and Nationality, National Archery ID Code) for the management of shooting lines, management of scores and Elimination Round brackets for the several categories in competition. In the public disclosure of data through the IANSEO website related to this item only the following data will be publicized: Name, Category, Country/Nationality and Club.

After the tournament and for the purposes of awarding prize money, it will be necessary to contact the winners through the contact provided at the time of registration to request their bank details to transfer the amounts due under their final classification in the tournament.

After the tournament is held and for the purpose of evaluation of the tournament and its organization, the organizing committee will contact all participants through the contact provided at the time of registration to request an evaluation about the tournament.

Your personal information may be processed by other companies, subcontracted to provide services on behalf of the section, such as website hosting or e-mail. These companies are only provided with the personal data necessary for the provision of service in question.

Your personal data may be processed by administrative entities of Real Sport Clube (Secretariat and Accounting), namely including their name, address details and tax identification number and communicated to the Tax Authority (Portuguese tax authority) due to the issuance of invoices relating to registrations.

Your personal data may be processed by sports administrative bodies such as archery federations (for example the Portuguese Archery Federation) for the purpose of recording records or awarding WA Target Awards Stars for reasons of the sporting results achieved during this tournament and respective procedures for their homologation.

The exercise of rights is free of charge, unless it is a manifestly unfounded or excessive request, in which case a reasonable fee may be charged, taking into account the costs.

You may request from us, at any time:

• Access to all the personal data concerning you;
• The rectification of inaccurate or incomplete personal data that concern you;
• The erasure or restriction of processing of your personal data;

The data subject has the right to obtain from section the erasure of their data, without unjustified delay, and section must erase personal data when one of the following ground applies:

• The personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes it was collected or processed for;
• The data subjects withdraws his/her consent regarding the data processing (when processing depends on consent) and there is no other legal ground for the processing;
